About Drinksuno
Drinksuno shows which parties must leave now and how tonight compares to your targets.
Your board is your tables, periods and tonight's log, and you open it with a link. The host runs it, a waiter only sees the tables, and tonight is today's service, from the first period or, without periods, from the day start (06:00).

What the board keeps
It counts guests and cocktails and keeps your tables, periods and tonight's log. It never keeps money, names, bookings or old nights, and it sends your data to no one.
Setup
To start, Drinksuno needs only one table in Setup. Each table has its own name of up to 16 characters, in the order the main screen shows them, and a board has up to 100 tables.
Periods are optional: time slots like lunch 12:00–15:00, each with a guests target and a cocktails target, and they may run past midnight. Without periods, the night runs a whole day from 06:00, and you can change that time in Setup.
The four times must keep their order: final warning ≤ last call ≤ shortest time limit ≤ time limit. If they do not, Setup says what to fix. You can remove a table while a party sits there, and it disappears when the party leaves.
The main screen
From the top: circles for tonight's guests and cocktails, and this period's if you have periods. Then Occupied tables with the most urgent first, Unoccupied tables, every period's circles, and Every party tonight.
A seated party counts down its minutes, then shows last call, final and over by, the only colours on the screen. A VIP party has no time limit.
Seat a party
A party of 1–99 guests can take up to four tables and gets the full time limit, cut short if the period ends first. If less than the shortest time limit is left, it gets the full time limit anyway.
Its guests and cocktails count for the period it sat down in, or the next one if it sat down between periods.
A seated party
Open it to change guests and cocktails, or tap + on the main screen for one cocktail. You can add or remove time limit minutes until it is over, make it VIP, or add, move or remove tables without changing its time.
Party left closes it and frees its tables.
A party that left
Find it in Every party tonight to correct its guests and cocktails. Left by mistake? Press Reopen, which works while all its tables are free and still in Setup.
End of the night
In End night, Save log saves tonight as a file on this device, and Delete log deletes tonight's parties and log but keeps Setup. If last night is still on the board, Drinksuno asks you to do both.
A night holds 1,450 changes (each tap is one) and 200 parties. When it is full, Drinksuno says so and keeps everything: save the log and delete it to carry on.
Practice
Start practice in Setup runs a night on a fast clock, from the first period or, without periods, from now. Everyone with a link sees it, with Pause, Play and Stop practice at the top.
Practice parties go into tonight's log and Setup changes are real, so practise before service and press Delete log after.
Links
A new board is only on this device until you press Save data in Share. To open another board, paste its link and press Open that link.
Share gives a Host — can edit link for the full board and a Waiter — can see, not edit link for the two table lists. Copy one, or show it as a QR code.
Many hosts can work at once, and Drinksuno works offline and sends changes later. A new host link asks first, because your device leaves the old board. Log out permanently removes the board from this device only.
Limits
There is no login: The link is the key. Anyone with a link has its access. Your browser keeps its own history of the addresses you open, and Drinksuno cannot delete it. Within 60 days of a host's last change, a board expires and is then permanently destroyed, even if a waiter opens it.
A link that gets out cannot be called back, so you need a new board. A waiter link cannot be upgraded and a host link cannot be limited. The log never says who did something, and a lost link is a lost board.
